选煤厂振动筛优化改良分析

摘要： 振动筛作为选煤厂煤炭洗选作业中应用十分普遍的一种高效分级脱水装置，其作业效率及质量对选煤厂综合
效益有着直接影响。以此为着手点，针对选煤厂振动筛的优化改良开展分析探究。在分析振动筛构成及原理的基础上，
对直线型惯性振动筛常见问题及优化改良做出分析总结，并对优化改良后的振动筛实际应用效果做出分析。结果表明，
优化改良效果明显，振动筛使用的综合效益大幅提高。

Optimization and Improvement of Vibrating Screen in Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract: Vibrating screen, as a kind of high-efficiency classification and dewatering device, is used in coal washing operation
in coal preparation plant widely. Its operation efficiency and quality have a direct impact on the comprehensive benefits of coal
preparation plant. Taking this as a starting point, the optimization and improvement of vibrating screen in coal preparation plant
was analyzed and discussed. Based on the analysis of the structure and principle of the vibrating screen, this paper summarized
the common problems and optimization improvement of the linear inertial vibrating screen, and analyzed the practical application
effect of the improved vibrating screen. The results showed that the effect of optimization and improvement was obvious, and the
comprehensive benefit of vibrating screen was greatly improved.
