巷道过断层群稳定性分析及支护技术研究

摘要: A 矿3036 回风巷掘进期间遇到长度约为90 m的断层群,巷道顶板岩层破碎。为了保证巷道掘进期间及回采
工作面回采期间巷道围岩的稳定,基于松动圈理论、悬吊支护理论,对巷道围岩支护参数进行了设计,顶板采用锚索,
配合工字钢,在贴顶帮处进行锚索补强,巷道掘进采用短掘、快掘、短支方式,有效确保过断层群时破碎顶板的稳定性。
在巷道掘进期间及回采工作面回采期间,巷道围岩均保持稳定,未出现冒顶事故,获得了较为显著的经济效益。

Abstract: During the excavation of 3036 return air roadway in A Mine, a fault group with a length of about 90 m was encountered,
and the roof strata of the roadway were broken. In order to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway
during the tunneling and the mining of the working face, based on the loose circle theory and the suspension support theory, this
paper designed the supporting parameters of the surrounding rock of the roadway. The roof adopted the anchor cable, which was
combined with the I-beam steel to reinforce the anchor cable near the top side. The roadway tunneling adopted the short
excavation, fast excavation and short support mode to effectively ensure the broken roof when passing through the fault group.
During the period of roadway excavation and stoping, the surrounding rock of roadway kept stable without roof falling accident,
and the economic benefit was remarkable.
