综采面通风系统优化及瓦斯治理分析

摘要: 综采作业过程中由于煤炭一次性采出量较大,使得回采中瓦斯涌出问题突出,实现对瓦斯的有效防治至关重
要。以此为着手点,对综采面通风系统优化及瓦斯治理开展综合分析。结合具体工程实际,在分析原矿井通风系统不足
的基础上,对通风系统改造要点进行了全面总结,并对改造后的通风系统应用效果进行了实践检验。结果表明,优化后
的通风系统实现了对上隅角瓦斯浓度的有效控制,并提高了回采作业效率。

Abstract: Due to the large amount of coal produced at one time during the fully mechanized mining, the problem of gas emission
during mining is prominent, and it is important to achieve effective gas prevention and control. With this as a starting point,
comprehensive analysis on the ventilation system optimization and gas control of the fully mechanized mining face was carried out.
Combining with the actual engineering situation, based on the analysis of the deficiency of the original mine ventilation system,
this paper summarized the main points of the ventilation system reconstruction. The application effect of the ventilation system
after the reconstruction was tested in practice. The results showed that the optimized ventilation system achieved effective control
of the gas concentration in the upper corner and improved the efficiency of the mining operation.
