摘要: 煤炭资源开采后,所引起的地层塌陷和大面积地表水下沉及通过断层、陷落柱、采动裂隙等诸多导水通道溃
入井下,威胁矿工生命安全和国家财产安全。鉴于矿井水害事故具有破坏强度大、救援难度大、治理恢复时间长等特点,
煤矿必须提前做好矿井的相关防治水工作,防患于未然。通过规划方案的实施,为矿井地表水害防治和正确决策提供参考。

Abstract: After the mining of coal resources, the formation collapse and large-scale surface water subsidence and surface water
collapses into the mine through many water-conducting channels such as faults, subsidence columns, mining fractures, etc., threaten
the life safety of miners and the safety of national property. In view of the characteristics of mine water damage accidents,
such as high damage intensity, difficult rescue and long recovery time, coal mines must do a good job of preventing and treating
the water in advance. The implementation of the planning scheme provided reference for the prevention of the mine surface water
damage and correct decision.
