孤岛工作面沿空掘巷煤柱合理宽度研究

摘要: 煤柱宽度留设的合理性直接影响到巷道围岩的稳定性,因此确定合理的煤柱宽度显得尤为重要。以阳煤一矿
沿空掘巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟与工业实践相结合的方法,得出沿空掘巷煤柱的合理宽度。工业实践结果表明,当
煤柱留设宽度为7 m时,巷道围岩变形趋于稳定,实体煤帮变形量为435 mm,煤柱帮变形量为592 mm;巷道围岩变
形量相对较小,不影响正常生产,表明煤柱宽度设计合理,在阳煤一矿进行的孤岛工作面沿空掘巷工程的成功应用为类
似地质条件下的沿空掘巷工程提供了一定的借鉴。

Study on Reasonable Width of Coal Pillar of Gob-side Entrydriving in Isolated Island Working

Abstract: The rationality of coal pillar width has a direct impact on the stability of surrounding rock, so it is particularly important
to determine the reasonable coal pillar width. Based on the engineering background of gob-side entrydriving in No.1 Coal
Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group, this paper used the method of combining numerical simulation with industrial practice to
get the reasonable width of coal pillar of gob-side entrydriving. The results of industrial practice show that when the width of coal
pillar is 7 m, the deformation of surrounding rock tends to be stable, the deformation of solid coal side is 435 mm, and the deformation
of coal pillar side is 592 mm. The deformation of the surrounding rock is relatively small, which does not affect the normal
production. It shows that the design of the coal pillar width is reasonable. The successful application of the gob-side entrydriving
project in the isolated island working face of No.1 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group provides certain reference for the
gob-side entrydriving project under similar geological conditions.
