摘要: 针对山西煤炭进出口集团鹿台山煤业有限公司矿井(简称“鹿台山矿”) 采掘接续紧张状况,同时减少相邻工
作面区段巷道掘进工程量,降低掘进工程费用,确保2203 工作面顺利接替,对2202 工作面轨道巷进行无巷旁充填切顶
卸压沿空留巷试验。理论分析了沿空留巷采空区侧巷帮形成过程,并在工作面后方沿空留巷巷帮采用“挡矸金属网+可
伸缩U 型钢+木板背帮”方式进行挡矸防护,连续观测了工作面回采期间巷道的围岩变形数据,总结了切顶卸压沿空留
巷采空区侧巷帮形成规律特征。采用沿空留巷可以使回采工作面少掘一条区段巷道,减少煤柱损失,取消“跳采”,实现
连续开采,有利于生产集中化。

Abstract: In view of the tight situation of mining connection in the mine of Lutaishan Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Coal Imp.
& Exp. Group (referred to as "Lutaishan Coal Mine"), at the same time, reduce the amount of excavation work in the adjacent
working face section, reduce the cost of excavation work, ensure the smooth replacement of 2203 working face, the test of roof
cutting and pressure relief for the track roadway in 2202 working face without side filling along the goaf was carried out. This
paper analyzed theoretically the formation process of the side wall of gob-side entry retaining goaf, and adopted the method of "
metal net of gangue retaining + retractable U-shaped steel + plank back wall" to protect the side wall of gob-side entry retaining
goaf behind the working face, continuously observed the deformation data of the surrounding rock of the roadway during the
mining period of the working face, and summarized the characteristics of the formation law of the side wall of gob-side entry
retaining goaf during the roof cutting and pressure relief. The adoption of gob side entry can make the working face less dig a
section of roadway, reduce the loss of coal pillar, cancel "skip mining", realize continuous mining, and be beneficial to production
centralization.
