一放射性厂房蒸汽系统设计优化

摘要: 蒸汽锅炉凝结水作为一种优质的热源给水,其回收利用对于蒸汽系统的节能改造具有重要意义。通过对一放
射性厂房工艺用蒸汽系统进行改造,在传统工程做法的基础上,提出了增加凝结水回收和从锅炉排污中回收热量系统,
并对改造工程进行了综合效益分析。结果表明,回收蒸汽冷凝水,不仅会给企业带来巨大的经济效益,而且会减少高温
蒸汽排放产生的热污染,对环境的改善有着较大的促进作用;在排污系统中增加闪蒸罐、热交换器,锅炉排污中有
87.9%的能量被回收利用,同时回收了14.2% (质量)的高品质水,进一步为节能做出了贡献。

Design and Optimization of Steam System for a Radioactive Plant

Abstract: Condensation water of steam boiler is a kind of high quality feed water, the recovery and utilization of which is of great
significance for the energy-saving transformation of steam system. Based on the modification of steam system used in a radioactive
plant, this paper put forward a system of increasing condensate recovery and recovering heat from boiler sewage on the basis of
traditional engineering practices, and carried out comprehensive benefit analysis of the modification project. The results show that
the recovery of condensation water of steam will not only bring enormous economic benefits, but also reduce the heat pollution,
which has a greater role in promoting the improvement of the environment. Adding flash tanks and heat exchangers in the sewage
system, 87.9% of the energy in the boiler sewage is recycled, and 14.2%(mass) of the high-quality water is recovered at the same
time, which bring further contribution to energy saving.
