摘要: 带式输送机是煤矿井下重要的煤炭运输设备,长时间处于运行状态需要消耗大量的电能。为了满足节能的要
求,对大多带式输送机进行了变频技术改造。变频技术虽然在节能方面有一定的优势,但也存在一些问题。分析了矿井带
式输送机变频技术改造的优势和存在的问题,提出了一些提升节能效果的措施,以期为煤矿生产的现代化提供一定的参考。

Energy-saving Optimization of Mine Belt Conveyor

Abstract: Belt conveyor is an important coal transportation equipment in coal mine. It needs a lot of electric energy to operate
for a long time. In order to meet the requirements of energy saving, the frequency conversion technology of most belt conveyors is
reformed. Although frequency conversion technology has some advantages in energy saving, there are also some problems. This
paper analyzed the advantages and existing problems of the frequency conversion technology transformation of the belt conveyor in
the mine, and put forward some measures to improve the energy-saving effect, in order to provide some reference for the modernization
of the coal mine production.
