摘要: 轨道大巷掘进区域地质构造复杂,围岩岩性软弱,原采用的巷道支护方式围岩变形量大,无法确保巷道掘进、
使用安全。在对巷道掘进期间的围岩松动圈测定及围岩变形进行分析的基础上,基于悬吊理论及最大主应力理论,对巷
道围岩支护进行了优化。现场应用表明,采用优化后的巷道支护方案,顶板下沉量、巷帮变形量较原支护方案分别降低
了46%、33.3%,围岩控制效果明显。

Optimization of Roadway Support under Complex Geological Conditions

Abstract: Because of the complex geological structure and weak lithology of the surrounding rock in the driving area of the main
roadway, the deformation of the surrounding rock in the original support mode of the roadway is large, which can not ensure the
safety of the roadway driving and use. Based on the analysis of the surrounding rock deformation and the measurement of the
surrounding rock loose zone during the tunnel excavation, this paper optimized the surrounding rock support of the roadway based
on the suspension theory and the maximum principal stress theory. The field application shows that the roof subsidence and the
deformation of roadway side are reduced by 46% and 33.3% respectively, and the surrounding rock control effect is obvious.
