掘进机截齿截线间距优化的设计研究

摘要: 对掘进机截齿截线的间距进行了优化设计,并采用遗传算法重点研究了所受载荷最为显著的圆锥段。在对截
线间距进行优化后,36 个截齿的截线间距逐步减小。采用数值模拟方法对研究结果的可靠性进行了验证,认为与原方案
相比,优化设计后截齿所受载荷整体减小,优化方案合理。

Abstract: This paper optimized the pick line spacing of roadheader, and focused on the cone section with the most significant
load by using the genetic algorithm. After the optimization of the line spacing, the line spacing of 36 picks decreased gradually.
The reliability of the research results was verified by numerical simulation, and it was considered that compared with the original
scheme, the overall load on the pick was reduced after optimization design, and the optimized scheme was reasonable.
