多缸天然气发动机爆震检测与控制系统设计和试验

摘要: 天然气发动机爆震问题严重影响发动机的稳定性和安全性。针对爆震问题,采集发动机爆震原始振动信号,
对采集到的振动信号处理分析,提取出了爆震特征频率。进一步采用爆震专用处理芯片处理爆震信号,利用嵌入式系统
对爆震进行检测与控制,设计了多缸天然气发动机爆震检测与控制系统。利用AUTOBOX 模拟仿真爆震信号,进行发动
机爆震在线检测与控制。试验结果表明,设计的爆震检测与控制系统能有效检测并抑制发动机爆震。

Abstract: The knock problem of natural gas engine seriously affects the stability and safety of the engine. Aiming at the knock
problem, the original vibration signal of engine knock was collected, and the characteristic frequency of detonation was extracted
by processing and analyzing the collected vibration signal. Furthermore, the special chip for knock processing was used to process
the knock signal, and the embedded system was used to detect and control the knock. A knock detection and control system for
multi-cylinder natural gas engine was designed. The knock signal was simulated by AUTOBOX to detect and control the engine
knock online. The experimental results show that the designed knock detection and control system can effectively detect and
suppress engine knock.
