煤矿井下不规则开采工作面的缩采技术

摘要: 结合实际矿井工作面缩采生产,分析了矿井缩采生产中存在的顶板压力大、破碎性强、回撤支架难等问题,
确定采用一次性回撤2 架支架的缩采工艺,并具体就工作面缩采技术、出架准备工作、出架工艺和装架等进行探讨。实
践证明,缩采技术能够有效控制顶板,工作面推进安全性高、速度快,大大提高了工作面煤炭资源的回收率。

Shrinkage Mining Technology of Irregular Mining Face under Coal Mine

Abstract: Combined with the actual production of mining face shrinkage, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the
production of mining face shrinkage, such as large roof pressure, strong fragility, difficult to withdraw the support, etc., determined
to adopt the technology of one-time withdrawal of two supports, and specifically discussed the technology of mining face shrinkage,
preparation, removal and installation. The practice shows that the shrinkage mining technology can effectively control the
roof, and the advance of the working face is safe and fast, which greatly improves the recovery rate of coal resources in the working
face.
