火电厂吸收塔系统经济运行的研究现状

摘要: 吸收塔系统作为FGD 装置的关键子系统,运行过程中需要消耗大量物质与能源。目前浆液循环泵的运行组合
方式、浆液pH 值控制等运行参数具有较大的改进空间,若能采用适当的方法加以优化,可大大降低运行成本。综述了
国内对上述运行参数优化的最新研究成果,提出了目前吸收塔系统运行优化过程中仍存在的问题,即实验法优化不能进
一步揭示吸收塔系统运行的机理;理论法优化仍以仿真为主,推广到具体工程中还需进一步研究。通过研究可以了解国
内火电厂吸收塔系统运行的最新研究现状,为吸收塔系统运行进一步降低能耗提供参考。

Research Status of Economic Operation of Absorption Tower System in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract: The absorption tower system is the key subsystem of FGD device, which needs to consume a lot of material and energy
during operation. At present, the operation parameters of the slurry circulating pump, such as the operation combination mode and
the slurry pH value control, have much room for improvement. If appropriate methods can be used to optimize them, the operation
cost can be greatly reduced. This paper summarized the latest research results on the optimization of operation parameters in
China, and put forward the problems existing in the operation optimization process of the absorption tower system at present, the
optimization of experimental method could not further reveal the operation mechanism of the absorption tower system; the
optimization of theoretical method was still based on simulation, and it needed further research to be extended to specific projects.
By studying the latest research status of absorption tower system operation in domestic thermal power plants, it can be understood
to provide reference for further reducing energy consumption of absorption tower system operation.
