摘要： 水资源与城市的发展有着直接的关系，城市化的发展速度越快，需要的水资源越多。为满足可持续发展的实
际需求，就要采用科学和合理的水资源利用方案。基于此，将乌鲁木齐作为研究对象，将此地区的实际发展情况作为入
手点，对水资源利用对策等进行了深入研究，希望实现水资源的可持续利用。

Study on Water Resources Planning and Sustainable Utilization in Urumqi

Abstract: There is a direct relationship between water resources and urban development. The faster urbanization develops, the
more water resources are needed. In order to meet the actual needs of sustainable development, it is necessary to adopt rational
and scientific water resources utilization scheme. Based on this, taking Urumqi as the research object and the actual development
of this area as the starting point, this paper made an in-depth study on the water resources utilization countermeasures, hoping to
realize the sustainable utilization of water resources.
