刮板运输机上窜下滑故障防治分析

摘要： 刮板运输机作为矿井生产运输中不可或缺的重要设备，其运行质量严重影响矿井的生产作业效率。以此为着
手点，针对刮板运输机上窜下滑故障开展分析探究，结合具体工程实际，在分析刮板运输机上窜下滑原因的基础上，提
出相应的预防控制措施，希望能够为其他矿井相似工作的开展提供借鉴与参考。

Analysis on Prevention and Control of Sliding Up and Down of Scraper Conveyor

Abstract: Scraper conveyor is an indispensable equipment in the mine production and transportation, its operation quality seriously
affects the production efficiency of the mine. Taking this as a starting point, the sliding up and down of scraper conveyor was
analyzed and explored. Combined with the actual engineering, based on the analysis of the causes of scraper conveyor sliding, this
paper put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures, hoping to provide reference for other similar work in mines.
