液压支架电液控制系统设计分析

摘要: 支架作为矿井生产中不可或缺的关键设备,其运行质量对矿井生产综合效益有重要影响,而现有的支架控制
方式存在精准度低、联动性差、动作滞后等不足。针对这些不足,研究提出了一种基于PLC 技术的液压支架电控系统,
并对该系统的单体结构设计、配套硬件设计和操作系统软件设计等进行全面的总结分析,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程
的开展提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: As an indispensable key equipment in mine production, the operation quality of the support has an important impact
on the comprehensive benefits of mine production. However, the existing support control mode has some shortcomings, such as low
accuracy, poor linkage, action lag and so on. In view of these shortcomings, this paper put forward a hydraulic support electronic
control system based on PLC technology, and made a comprehensive summary and analysis of the single structure design,
supporting hardware design and operating system software design of the system, hoping to provide reference for similar projects in
other mines.
