矿井风机智能化监控系统的研究与设计

摘要: 井下通风关乎煤矿生产的安全,如何保证通风系统运行的持续性、稳定性、可靠性,是提高煤矿自动化与现
代化水平的重要内容之一。设计了1 套矿井风机智能化监控系统,通过对井下风机给风量、转速、轴温等运行状态的实
时监测,将数据传输到井下微机处理器,并将其筛选处理传到地面监控室,从而实现风机的智能化监控、节能高效运
行。通过井下风机智能监控系统,可有效延长风机的使用寿命,极大地提高煤矿的生产安全,对煤矿现代化建设具有很
重要的意义。

Research and Design of Mine Fan Intelligent Monitoring System

Abstract: Underground ventilation is related to the safety of coal mine production. How to ensure the continuity, stability and
reliability of ventilation system is one of the important contents to improve the automation and modernization level of coal mine. A
set of mine fan intelligent monitoring system was designed. Through the real-time monitoring of the air supply volume, rotation
speed, shaft temperature and other operating conditions of the mine fan, the data was transmitted to the underground microcomputer
processor, and it was filtered, processed and transmitted to the ground monitoring room, so as to realize the intelligent
monitoring and control of the fan, energy-saving and efficient operation. Through the intelligent monitoring system of underground
fan, the service life of fan could be effectively extended and the production safety of coal mines could be greatly improved, which
is of great significance to the modernization construction of coal mines.
