矿井防灭火技术措施研究

摘要： 火灾是威胁矿井生产安全的主要因素，对自燃煤层进行防灭火至关重要。针对华胜煤业有限公司矿井生产安
全问题，提出自然发火煤层的防治措施。同时，火灾的发生不仅局限于煤层自燃，井下供电线路复杂，由供电线路及用
电设备引发的矿井火灾事故也较多。通过KSS-200 型束管监测系统，对工作面采空区遗煤自燃情况进行在线监测。液氮
灭火系统和阻化剂防灭火系统的运用可以有效控制矿井煤层自燃情况，确保矿井安全生产。

Research on Technical Measures of Fire Prevention and Extinguishing in Mine

Abstract: Fire is the main factor threatening the safety of mine production. It is very important to prevent and extinguish the
spontaneous combustion coal seam. In view of the production safety of Huasheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the prevention and
control measures of spontaneous combustion coal seam were put forward. At the same time, the occurrence of the fire is not only
limited to the spontaneous combustion of the coal seam, the underground power supply lines are complex, and there are many
mine fire accidents caused by the power supply line and electrical equipment. Based on KSS-200 beam tube monitoring system,
the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf was monitored online. The application of liquid nitrogen fire extinguishing
system and chemical inhibitor fire extinguishing system can effectively control the spontaneous combustion of coal seam and
ensure the safe production of coal mine.
