摘要: 通过从理论上分析循环流化床锅炉的燃烧特点、燃烧原理和SO2的产生、炉内喷钙脱硫机理,说明循环流化床
锅炉燃烧高钙煤矸石具有自脱硫的现象,尤其是煤矸石中Ca/S (钙硫比) 达到2以上时尤其明显,提高了循环流化床锅炉
的脱硫效率,脱硫效率可达90%~99%。

Abstract: Through the theoretical analysis of combustion characteristics, combustion principle, generation of SO2, desulfuration
mechanism of limestone injection into furnace, this paper explained that there were phenomenon of auto-desulfurization when
high-calcium coal gangues were burned in circulating fluidized bedboiler, which can improve the desulfurization efficiency of
circulating fluidized bedboiler, and sulfur removal efficiency can reach to 90%~99%.
