沿空掘进锚网索联合支护探究

摘要: 顶板破碎现象是巷道掘进施工中经常遇见的情况之一,实现巷道掘进通过相关区域时的有效支护,对于提升
巷道使用稳定性,保障矿井生产作业安全有积极意义,是推动矿井综合效益增长的有力举措。以此为着手点,针对深部
沿空掘进锚网索联合支护工艺开展分析,结合具体工程实际,在分析巷道原支护形式不足的基础上,对巷道支护工艺开
展优化分析,并对其应用效果做出实践分析。结果表明,优化后的支护工艺能够大幅提升巷道围岩稳定性,增强巷道作
业安全性,对矿井有效、健康发展意义重大。

Abstract: Roof breaking is one of the common situations in the tunnel construction. To achieve the effective support when the
tunnel passes through the relevant areas is of positive significance for improving the stability of the tunnel, ensuring the safety of
the mine production and operation, and is a powerful measure to promote the growth of the comprehensive benefits of the mine.
Taking this as a starting point, this paper analyzed the combined support technology of anchor net and cable for driving along the
goaf. Combined with the actual engineering, on the basis of the analysis of the shortage of the original support form of the
roadway, the optimization analysis of the roadway support technology was carried out, and the practical analysis of its application
effect was made. The results show that the optimized support technology can greatly improve the stability of surrounding rock and
the safety of roadway operation, which is of great significance to the effective and healthy development of the mine.
