粤港澳大湾区能源体系建设的国际经验借鉴探讨

摘要： 当前建设粤港澳大湾区的国家战略正处于世界能源转型的趋势之中，能源作为经济社会发展的重要物质基础，
合理的能源结构和消费水平有助于推动大湾区经济高质量发展。针对当前世界三大湾区能源发展战略，分析总结东京、
旧金山和纽约三大湾区的能源转型路径和目标，基于粤港澳大湾区能源发展现状，借鉴湾区能源转型成功经验，提出粤
港澳大湾区能源发展应加快推动可再生能源项目建设、加强粤港澳经济和能源领域合作、推动新技术研发和推广应用。

Discussion and Reference on International Experience of Energy System Construction in GBA

Abstract: At present, the national strategy of building GBA is in the trend of energy transformation in the world. As an important
material basis for economic and social development, reasonable energy structure and consumption level are conducive to
promoting high-quality economic development in GBA. In view of the current energy development strategy of the three great bay
areas in the world, this paper analyzed and summarized the energy transformation paths and objectives of Tokyo, San Francisco
and New York. Based on the current energy development situation of GBA and the successful experience of energy transformation
in GBA, it was proposed that the energy development of GBA should accelerate the construction of renewable energy projects,
strengthen the cooperation in the economic and energy fields of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and promote the research,
development and application of new technologies.
