基于温度补偿的瓦斯测量传感器的研究

摘要: 瓦斯突出事故一直是威胁煤矿井下综采作业安全的关键因素。目前,煤矿井下所采用的瓦斯测量传感器均采
用了催化燃烧原理,在实际使用过程中该类型传感器暴露出了反应时间长、能耗高、使用寿命短、灵敏性随着使用时间
的增加显著下降的缺陷,既无法应对瓦斯浓度激增时的有效报警,也无法适应新形势下的安全需求。因此,提出了一种
新的基于温度补偿的瓦斯测量传感器设备。该传感器以RBF模拟神经网络补偿为优化方式,将瓦斯测量传感器的测量精
度提升了7.4 倍,采用新型的微控制电源和优化算法模式将测量灵敏性提升了3.2 倍,使用寿命延长了4 倍,显著提升了
煤矿井下综采作业的安全性和经济性。

Research on Gas Measurement Sensor Based on Temperature Compensation

Abstract: The gas outburst accident is always the key factor to threaten the safety of the underground fully mechanized
operation. At present, the principle of catalytic combustion is used in the gas measuring sensors used in coal mines. In the actual
use process, this type of sensor has exposed the defects of long reaction time, high energy consumption, short service life, and
significant decrease in sensitivity with the increase of service time. It can neither respond to the effective alarm of gas
concentration surge, nor adapt to the safety requirements in the new situation. Therefore, a new gas measurement sensor based on
temperature compensation was proposed. The sensor adopts RBF simulation neural network compensation as the optimization
mode, which improves the measurement accuracy of the gas measurement sensor by 7.4 times, adopts the new micro-control power
supply and optimization algorithm mode to improve the measurement sensitivity by 3.2 times, prolong the service life by 4 times,
and significantly improves the safety and economy of the underground comprehensive mining operation.
