风电叶片接闪器腐蚀及其雷电试验研究

摘要: 风力发电是一种大规模应用新能源,由于设备自身的特点,叶片容易遭受雷击,需安装接闪器进行雷电防护。
根据叶片实际运行中遇到的接闪器大气腐蚀问题,研究了大气腐蚀的特点,归纳概括了常用铝合金材质叶片接闪器的腐
蚀速率,并对接闪器1 000 h 盐雾腐蚀后的叶片进行雷电试验,评估接闪器腐蚀后的防雷性能。

Abstract: Wind power generation is a kind of large-scale application of new energy. Due to the characteristics of the equipment
itself, the blades are vulnerable to lightning, so it is necessary to install lightning arresters for lightning protection. According to
the problem of atmospheric corrosion of lightning arrester encountered in the actual operation of blades, this paper studied the
characteristics of atmospheric corrosion, summarized the corrosion rate of commonly used aluminum alloy blade lightning arrester,
conducted lightning test on the blades corroded by 1 000 h salt spray, and evaluated the lightning protection performance of the
lightning arrester after corrosion.
