数值模拟在电解槽集气烟道改造中的应用

摘要: 针对国内一企业现有电解槽集气烟道存在积灰严重、烟道阻力大、净化能耗高、集气效率低等问题,以该集
气烟道为研究对象,利用数值模拟计算软件Workbench 对集气烟道改造前后烟道内气流流动情况和集气量进行了仿真计
算,得出了改造前后烟道内气流流动分布及集气量结果。结果表明,改造后,在相同的集气负压下,烟道集气量有所增
加,各烟道集气口集气量分布均匀。最后以数值模拟计算为依据对集气烟道进行改造,实践证明,改造后集气效率明显
提高,改造效果良好。

Application of Numerical Simulation in the Improvement of the Gas Collection Flue of
Electrolyzer

Abstract: In view of the problems of serious ash deposition, high flue resistance, high purification energy consumption and low
gas collection efficiency existing in the existing gas collection flue of an enterprise in China, this paper took the gas collection flue
as the research object, and used the numerical simulation calculation software Workbench to simulate the gas flow situation and
gas collection in the flue before and after the reconstruction of the gas collection flue, and obtained the air flow distribution and
gas collection results in the flue before and after the reconstruction. The results show that under the same negative pressure, the
gas gathering capacity of the flue increases and the gas gathering capacity of each gas gathering port is evenly distributed. Finally,
based on the numerical simulation calculation, the gas collection flue was reformed. The practice shows that the efficiency of the
gas collection is obviously improved and the effect of the reformation is good.
