南方高湿地区地板凝露控制技术研究进展

摘要: 针对过渡季节、“回南天”普遍存在的地板凝露问题,根据南方高湿地区的特点,依据主、被动除湿控制方
法进行分类,综述了现有调湿地板的研究现状,发现目前以透水砖为主的调湿地板不能完全满足室内凝露的控制。因此,
今后应从调节室内湿度的方向出发,对透水砖的材料、装饰性、保水性进行深入研究,明确被动式调湿地板在室内湿度
调节方面具有广阔的前景。

Abstract: In view of the common floor condensation problem in the transitional season and "rainy and humidity season", according
to the characteristics of high humidity area in South China and the classification of active and passive dehumidification control
methods, this paper summarized the research status of the existing dehumidification floor, and found that the current dehumidification
floor mainly made of permeable bricks cannot fully meet the control of indoor condensation. Therefore, in the future, we
should start from the direction of regulating indoor humidity, and make a deep research on the material, decoration and water
retention of permeable brick, so as to make clear that the passive humidity regulating floor has a broad prospect in indoor
humidity regulation.
