镇城底矿28100工作面缩面快速回撤技术研究

摘要: 镇城底矿28100 工作面是综采放顶煤工作面,因留设煤柱影响,在工作面推采过程中面临一次缩面回撤工作。
针对缩面回撤过程中所面临的多个技术难点,经过反复探讨和推敲,确定了一套完备的回撤方案,对回撤期间的顶板支
护、回撤流程进行设计并实施,回撤液压支架39 台以及刮板输送机件,回撤并重新安装运输巷内的转载机和皮带输送
机,整个回撤过程安全顺利完成,实现了既定的目标。

Abstract: The 28100 working face of Zhenchengdi Coal Mine is a fully mechanized top coal caving working face. Because of the
influence of coal pillars, it is faced with a contracted face and withdrawal of the working face in the process of pushing mining. In
view of several technical difficulties in the process of contracting face and withdrawal, a complete withdrawal scheme was
determined after repeated discussion and deliberation. The roof support and withdrawal process during the withdrawal were
designed and implemented. 39 hydraulic supports and scraper conveyor parts were withdrawn, and the transfer machine and belt
conveyor in the transportation lane were reinstalled. The whole withdrawal process was completed safely and smoothly, and the
established goal was achieved.
