PC 模拟器在PLC 软件开发中的应用研究
———以煤矿皮带输送机为例

摘要： 讨论了用于可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）程序测试和验证的硬件和软件工具，提出了一种基于PC 目标模拟器的
设计思路。该模拟器由装有适当I/O 卡的PC 和在PC 上运行的模拟器程序组成。该模拟器能够模拟真实工业对象的行为
（皮带输送机），能够有效提高煤矿皮带集控系统的稳定性和可靠性，为安全高效生产提供了保障。

Research on Application of PC Simulator in the Development of PLC Software: A Case Study of
Coal Mine Belt Conveyor

Abstract: This paper discussed the hardware and software tools for PLC program test and verification, and put forward a design
idea based on PC target simulator. The simulator consists of a PC with an appropriate I/O card and a simulator program running
on the PC. The simulator can simulate the behavior of real industrial objects(belt conveyor), effectively improve the stability and
reliability of the coal mine belt centralized control system, and provide a guarantee for safe and efficient production.
