综掘机液压张紧装置的改进分析

摘要: 综掘机运输系统是实现综掘机作业高效开展的关键环节,确保其液压张紧装置作业的有效性对于矿井综合效
益的提升意义重大。以此为着手点,对综掘机液压张紧装置的改进开展分析。在分析综掘机运输机构作业原理的基础上,
运用仿真软件对液压张紧装置的运行开展分析研究,并针对不足提出相应的改进措施。经实践检验证明,改进后的方案
实现了综掘机运输机构运行稳定性和可靠性的大幅提升,延长了运输链的使用周期,为矿井综合效益的增加提供了有力
帮助。

Improvement and Analysis of Roadheader Hydraulic Tension Device

Abstract: The roadheader transportation system is the key link to realize the efficient operation of the roadheader. It is of great
significance to ensure the operation effectiveness of the hydraulic tension device for the promotion of the comprehensive benefits
of the mine. Take this as a starting point, this paper analyzed the improvement of the roadheader hydraulic tension device. Based
on the analysis of the operation principle of the roadheader transport mechanism, it used the simulation software to carry out the
analysis and research on the operation of the hydraulic tension device, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures
for the deficiencies. It has been proved by practice that the improved scheme has greatly improved the operation stability and
reliability of the roadheader transport mechanism, extended the service cycle of the transport chain, and provided powerful help
for the increase of the comprehensive benefits of the mine.
