综采工作面液压支架常见故障及处置措施

摘要： 以综采工作面液压支架常见故障及处置措施为对象开展分析探究。在分析液压支架整体运行情况的基础上，
从构件故障分析和处置、立柱故障分析和处置、油缸泄漏分析和处置三方面分别开展深入的分析探究，对故障的处置措
施做出全面总结，希望能够为其他矿井液压支架的持续有效运行提供借鉴和帮助。

Common Faults and Treatment Measures of Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: This paper analyzed and explored the common faults and treatment measures of the hydraulic support in the fully
mechanized mining face. Based on the analysis of the overall operation of the hydraulic support, it carried out in-depth analysis
and exploration from three aspects: component failure analysis and disposal, column failure analysis and disposal, and cylinder
leakage analysis and disposal, and made a comprehensive summary of the troubleshooting measures, hoping to provide reference
and help for the continuous and effective operation of other mine hydraulic support.
