差异化设计在井巷工程中的应用

摘要： 井巷断面和支护设计是井巷工程施工的关键，合理确定支护形式和选择支护参数不仅关系到巷道的使用安全，
还影响巷道的施工成本。以丰峪煤业为例，对差异化支护设计在巷道施工中的应用及效益进行了研究。根据丰峪煤业5#
煤层运输大巷服务用途及泥岩顶板的具体特征，在巷道断面差异化和支护参数差异化设计方面进行研究。结果表明，差
异化设计实践应用效果理想，在保证安全的前提下有效地降低了支护成本，具有良好的应用价值。

Application of Differential Design in Shaft and Roadway Engineering

Abstract: The shaft and roadway section and support design are the key to the construction of the shaft and roadway. The
reasonable determination of the supporting form and the selection of supporting parameters are not only related to the safety of the
use of the roadway, but also affect the construction cost of the roadway. Taking Fengyu Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as an example, this
paper studied the application and benefit of differential support design in roadway construction. According to the service purpose
and the specific characteristics of the mudstone roof of the 5# coal seam transportation roadway in Fengyu Coal Industry Co., Ltd.,
it studied the differential design of roadway section and support parameters. The results show that the application effect of
differential design is ideal, and the support cost is effectively reduced under the premise of ensuring safety, which has good
application value.
