摘要： 煤矿开采过程中机电设备发挥了至关重要的作用，保证机电设备的可靠平稳运行对于煤矿的高产高效具有重
要意义。矿山机电设备的可靠运行依赖于运行维护，这就要对机电设备进行管理。分析了矿山机电设备管理中存在的问
题，并提出了一些对策来提高管理水平，可以为矿山机电设备的管理提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Electromechanical equipment plays an important role in the process of coal mining. It is of great significance to ensure
the reliable and stable operation of electromechanical equipment for the high production and efficiency of coal mines. The reliable
operation of mine electromechanical equipment depends on operation and maintenance, which requires the management of
electromechanical equipment. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the management of mine electromechanical equipment,
and put forward some countermeasures to improve the management level, which can provide some reference for the management of
mine electromechanical equipment.
