基于煤层瓦斯含量直接测定方法的煤样尺度效应研究

摘要: 不同粒度的煤粒瓦斯解吸扩散规律并不相同,在工程现场应用中快速准确地测定出瓦斯含量,对于预测煤与
瓦斯突出危险性具有非常重要的意义。为了研究粒度对瓦斯含量测定的影响,以焦作矿区A 矿16041 工作面为试验地
点,采用DGC 型瓦斯含量直接测定装置测定了不同深度的煤样损失瓦斯含量、常压解吸瓦斯含量和粉碎解吸瓦斯含量,
分析各个粒度对瓦斯含量的影响,得出现场瓦斯含量测定的最佳采样粒度范围。

Abstract: The gas desorption and diffusion laws of coal with different particle sizes are different. It is very important to determine
the gas content quickly and accurately in the field application of the project for predicting the risk of coal and gas outburst. In
order to study the influence of particle size on the determination of gas content, taking 16041 working face of A Mine in Jiaozuo
Mining Area as the test site, this paper used DGC gas content direct determination device to measure the loss gas content, atmospheric
desorption gas content and comminuted desorption gas content of coal samples in different depths, analyzed the influence of
each particle size on gas content, and obtained the best sampling particle size range for on-site gas content determination.
