恰希玛核电C3机组安全壳整体密封性试验概述及优化

摘要: 核电站安全壳是安全壳放射性物质与环境之间的第三道屏障,它为反应堆冷却剂系统的放射性辐射提供生物
屏障,并限制污染气体的泄漏。以恰希玛核电C3 机组为例,介绍了安全壳整体密封性试验,验证安全壳的密封性是否
满足核电站安全运行的要求,即在试验压力(C3 机组为260 kPa (G)) 下安全壳的整体泄漏率是否满足验收准则的要
求。对试验过程进行总结,提出有针对性的优化建议,以期从中得出可供今后试验借鉴的方面,从而为在建机组的调试
工作或今后的运维工作提供经验参考。

Overview and Optimization of the Overall Sealing Test for C3 Unit Containment of Chashma
Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract: The containment of nuclear power plant is the third barrier between the radioactive substance in containment and the
environment. It provides biological barrier for the radioactive radiation of reactor coolant system and limits the leakage of polluted
gas. Taking the C3 unit of Chashma Nuclear Power Plant as an example, this paper introduced the overall sealing test of the containment
to verify whether the sealing test of the containment met the requirements of the safe operation of the nuclear power
plant, that was, whether the overall leak rate of the containment met the requirements of the acceptance criteria under the test
pressure(260 kPa(G)for C3 unit). It summarized the test process, put forward targeted optimization suggestions, in order to draw
lessons for future tests, so as to provide experience reference for the commissioning of units under construction or future operation
and maintenance work.
