燃煤电厂全负荷脱硝技术的应用研究

摘要: 为了解决宽负荷脱硝技术升温幅度有限、改造成本高的问题,对当前的宽负荷脱硝技术进行研究,提出了一
种全负荷脱硝技术方案,并将该技术应用于300 MW 机组和600 MW 机组。结果表明,该技术可有效提高SCR 入口烟
气温度,改造费用较低;系统投运后,可提高SCR 入口烟气温度至310 ℃以上,实现SCR 脱硝系统的全负荷工况运行。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of limited temperature rise and high cost of transformation of wide-load denitration
technology, this paper studied the current wide-load denitration technology, proposed a full-load denitration technology scheme,
and applied the technology to 300 MW units and 600 MW units. The results show that the technology can effectively improve the
flue gas temperature at the SCR inlet, and the transformation cost is low; after the system is put into operation, the flue gas
temperature at the SCR inlet can be increased to above 310 益, and the full-load operation of the SCR denitrification system can
be realized.
