新大地公司8#煤层沿空留巷回采技术研究

摘要: 新大地公司为了提高煤炭资源的回收率,缓解采掘接替紧张问题,在8101 工作面进行了沿空留巷回采试验。
针对沿空留巷过程中巷道支护压力大的问题,采用了工作面巷旁充填技术。实践结果表明,采用沿空留巷回采技术后,
减少了巷道掘进量,降低了吨煤成本,提高了薄煤层的回收率,实现了协调开采可持续发展。与此同时,通过“二掘一
抽”掘进布置,提高了人工效率,保证了抽采时间,提高了突出矿井掘进安全。

Abstract: In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and relieve the tension of mining and excavation replacement,
Xindadi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. carried out the gob-side entry retaining mining test in 8101 working face. In view of the problem
of high support pressure in the process of gob-side entry retaining, the company adopted the roadside filling technology. The
practice results show that, after the adoption of gob-side entry retaining, the amount of roadway excavation is reduced, the cost of
coal per ton is reduced, the recovery rate of thin coal seam is increased, and the coordinated mining sustainable development is
realized. At the same time, through the layout of "two excavation and one drainage", the man efficiency is improved, the extraction
time is guaranteed, and the excavation safety of the outburst mine is improved.
