煤矿机电设备故障诊断及维修技术浅探

摘要： 现代化煤矿生产基本已经实现了机械化，正在向自动化和智能化的方向发展，而在这个过程中煤矿机电设备
起到关键作用。由于煤矿井下设备的高负荷以及作业环境恶劣，机电设备会经常发生各种故障，严重影响到煤矿的安全
生产。因此，必须快速维修煤矿机电设备发生的故障。针对煤矿机电设备发生故障时的一些现象进行分析，提出了一些
设备故障的维修方法，从而保证煤矿的安全生产。

Discussion on Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance Technology of Electromechanical Equipment in
Coal Mines

Abstract: Modern coal mine production has basically realized mechanization, and is developing towards automatization and
intellectualization. In this process, electromechanical equipment of coal mines plays a key role. Due to the high load of underground
equipment and the bad working environment, electromechanical equipment will often have various failures, seriously
affecting the safety of production in coal mines. Therefore, it is necessary to repair the faults of electromechanical equipment in
coal mines. This paper analyzed some phenomena when the electromechanical equipment of coal mines breaks down, and put
forward some maintenance methods to ensure the safe production of coal mines.
