中国综采采煤机技术的创新探究

摘要： 中国的综采采煤机研制经历了引进、吸收和仿制等多个阶段，现在已经具备生产综采配套采煤机产品的能力，
但与国外先进水平还有着很大的差距，需要加强对可靠性、生产工艺、故障检测、自动控制、加工材料和基础理论方面
的研究，不断提高国产采煤机的整体性能。对中国采煤机技术与世界先进水平的差距进行了分析，并对采煤机技术发展
方向进行了深入的探讨，以供相关人员参考。

Research on the Technical Innovation of Fully Mechanized Mining Shearer in China

Abstract: The development of fully mechanized mining shearer in China has experienced many stages, such as introduction,
absorption and imitation. At present, China has the ability to produce fully mechanized supporting shearer products, but there is
still a big gap with the advanced level of foreign countries. It is necessary to strengthen the research on reliability, production
technology, fault detection, automatic control, processing materials and basic theory, and constantly improve the overall performance
of domestic shearer. This paper analyzed the gap between China's shearer technology and the world's advanced level, and
probed into the development direction of shearer technology for reference of relevant personnel.
