无人智能化综采面开采技术及其安全评价

摘要: 随着科学技术的发展和对煤矿井下综采作业效率、综采作业安全要求的不断提升,无人化、智能化综采作业
已经逐渐成为煤矿综采的发展趋势。目前,针对井下综采作业空间狭小,临时支护设施多,采煤机、刮板输送机、液压
支架之间定位精度差,无法进行联动控制,影响无人化综采作业的情况,提出了一种新的无人综采作业技术方案。采用
新的切顶卸压自动成巷支护和智能化联动综采作业技术,为实现无人化综采作业奠定了基础,具有极大的应用推广价值。

Abstract: With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the efficiency and safety
requirements of the underground fully mechanized mining operation, unmanned and intelligent fully mechanized mining operation
has gradually become the development trend of the coal mine fully mechanized mining. At present, in view of the situation that
the working space of underground fully mechanized mining is narrow, there are many temporary supporting facilities, the positioning
accuracy between the shearer, scraper conveyor and hydraulic support is poor, and it is impossible to carry out linkage control,
which affects the unmanned fully mechanized mining operation, this paper put forward a new technical scheme of unmanned fully
mechanized mining operation. The new technology of roof-cutting and pressure-relief automatic roadway formation support and
intelligent linkage fully mechanized mining has laid a foundation for the realization of unmanned fully mechanized mining, which
has great application and promotion value.
