摘要: 以带式运输机控制系统中智能变频技术应用为对象开展探究,在分析带式运输机变频控制的基础上,对基于
煤量匹配的运输机控制系统整体架构开展深入分析,并对智能变频控制策略进行深入分析,同时,对其实际应用效果开
展总结探究。结果表明,应用智能变频技术,显著降低了带式运输机的能耗,对于矿井综合效益增加意义重大。

Research on Application of Intelligent Frequency Conversion Technology in the Control System of

Abstract: This paper explored the application of intelligent frequency conversion technology in the control system of belt
conveyor. Based on the analysis of the frequency conversion control of belt conveyor, it made an in-depth analysis of the overall
structure of the control system of the conveyor based on the coal quantity matching, and made an in-depth analysis of the intelligent
frequency conversion control strategy, at the same time, it summarized and explored the practical application effect. The
results show that the energy consumption of the belt conveyor is significantly reduced by using the intelligent frequency conversion
technology, which is of great significance to the increase of the comprehensive benefits of the mine.
