大断面切巷快速施工技术应用研究

摘要： 针对9102 综采工作面切巷在施工过程中存在施工效率低、支护难度大、危险系数高等技术难题，四明山煤矿
通过技术研究，对切巷传统施工工艺进行了优化，提出大断面机械掘进一次性成巷、小断面松动爆破联合施工工艺，并
对切巷顶板采取了钢带+锚索+玻璃钢锚杆+支设木柱联合支护措施。通过实际应用，施工工艺优化后，巷道掘进速度提高至
5.7 m/d，掘进周期缩短了17 d，取得了显著的应用成效。

Study on the Application of Fast Construction Technology of Large Section Cutting Roadway

Abstract: In view of the technical problems such as low construction efficiency, difficult support and high risk coefficient in the
construction process of cutting roadway in 9102 fully mechanized mining face, through technical research, Simingshan Coal Mine
optimized the traditional construction technology of cutting roadway, put forward the combined construction technology of large
section mechanical driving for ong-time roadway forming and small section loose blasting, and took the combined support measures
of steel belt + anchor cable + FRP bolt + supporting wooden column for the cutting roadway roof. Through practical application,
after the optimization of construction technology, the speed of roadway excavation is increased to 5.7 m/d, and the excavation
period is shortened by 17 d, and remarkable application results are achieved.
