掘进机泡沫抑尘装置在巷道掘进中的应用

摘要： 为了提高掘进巷道除尘效果及巷道质量标准化水平，解决传统喷雾洒水除尘时巷道洒水量大、静压水损失量
大、降尘效果差等技术难题，大同煤矿集团北辛窑矿通过技术研究，设计了一套掘进机泡沫抑尘装置，并应用于2102 巷
掘进中。从实际应用效果来看，该装置的应用可使工作面粉尘质量浓度降低至35 mg/m3以下，取得了显著的应用成效。

Application of Foam Dust Suppression Device of Roadheader in Roadway Excavation

Abstract: In order to improve the dust removal effect and the standardization level of roadway quality, and solve the technical
problems of large sprinkler volume, large amount of static pressure water loss and poor dust removal effect in the traditional spray
sprinkling dust removal, Beixinyao Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group designed a set of foam dust suppression device for
roadheader through technical research, and applied it to the 2102 roadway driving. From the practical application results, the
application of the device can reduce the mass concentration of working face dust to less than 35 mg/m3, and has achieved
remarkable application results.
