复杂地质条件下沿空留巷支护方案应用研究

摘要: 煤矿井下巷道支护的效率和安全性直接影响到煤矿井下综采作业的安全。目前,多数煤矿复杂地质条件下的沿
空留巷支护方案均采用与常规地质条件下类似的方案或者依靠作业人员的经验进行支护,不仅效率低而且极易出现支护失
稳的情况,对井下的支护安全造成严重影响。提出了一种新的复杂地质条件下的沿空留巷支护方案,以巷旁支护和充填支
护为核心,合理配置2 种支护方案,不仅有效降低了支护作业难度,而且提升了支护作业的效率和安全性。实际应用表
明,该综合控制方案具有控制稳定性高、经济性好的优点,极大地提升了煤矿井下支护作业的安全性和稳定性。

Research on Application of Supporting Scheme of Gob-side Entry Retaining under Complex
Geological Conditions

Abstract: The efficiency and safety of underground roadway support directly affect the safety of underground fully mechanized
mining. At present, most coal mines' gob-side entry retaining schemes under complex geological conditions adopt the similar
schemes unter conventional geological conditions or rely on the experience of the operators to support, which is not only inefficient,
but also prone to the instability of the support, having a serious impact on the underground support safety. This paper put
forward a new supporting scheme of gob-side entry retaining under complex geological conditions. This scheme took the roadside
support and filling support as the core, and reasonably configured two supporting schemes, which not only effectively reduced the
difficulty of supporting operation, but also improved the efficiency and safety of supporting operation. The practical application
shows that the comprehensive control scheme has the advantages of high control stability and good economy, which greatly
improves the safety and stability of the underground support operation.
