刮板运输机断链掉链保护装置应用分析

摘要： 以刮板运输机断链掉链保护装置的应用为对象开展探究。在分析刮板运输机掉链和断链原因的基础上，对传
统掉链保护装置的不足进行分析，进而开展新型断链掉链保护装置的设计分析，实现对刮板运输机运行状态的优化改良，
对于矿井生产效益的提升具有显著效果。

Abstract: This paper explored the application of chain breaking and chain dropping protection device for scraper conveyor.
Based on the analysis of the causes of chain dropping and chain breaking of scraper conveyor, it analyzed the shortcomings of
traditional chain dropping protection device, and then carried out the design analysis of new chain breaking and chain dropping
protection device to realize the optimization and improvement of the operation state of scraper conveyor, which has a significant
effect on the promotion of mine production efficiency.
