综放工作面区段煤柱合理宽度研究

摘要: 针对沿空巷道围岩受区段煤柱宽度影响较大的问题,以晋煤集团长平公司6 号煤层1603 综放工作面区段煤柱
为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场实测相结合的研究方法,对区段煤柱宽度进行优化,并对优化后的巷道围岩变形量进
行现场监测。结果表明,区段煤柱宽度优化为15 m时,巷道两帮和顶底板最大移近量分别为286.21 mm和187.89 mm,围
岩变形量较小,区段煤柱起到了较好的支撑作用。

Research on the Reasonable Width of Section Coal Pillar in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the surrounding rock of gob-side roadway was greatly affected by the width of section coal
pillar, taking the section coal pillar of 1603 fully mechanized coal caving face of 6# coal seam of Changping Coal Industry Co.,
Ltd. of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group as the research object, this paper used the research method of combining theoretical
analysis and field measurement to optimize the width of section coal pillar, and monitored the deformation of the surrounding rock
of roadway after optimization. The results show that when the width of the coal pillar is optimized to 15 m, the maximum
displacement of the two sides of the roadway and the roof and floor are 286.21 mm and 187.89 mm respectively, the deformation
of the surrounding rock is small, and the coal pillar plays a better supporting role.
