山西省燃气管网现状分析与改革展望

摘要： 随着中国天然气勘探开发力度的加大以及人民日益提高的物质和环保需要，天然气产业发展迎来提速阶段。
根据中国油气体制改革统一要求，将从过去“一体化”为主导的模式向“输销分离”模式转变，将逐步建立全国统一高
效集输的天然气管网。鉴于国家油气体制改革加速推进，部分省份已开展省级管网改革部署，山西省的燃气管网改革迫
在眉睫。根据山西省提出的“煤成气增储上产三年行动计划”对山西省的管网现状进行了分析，并对下一步管网改革提
出构想与展望。

Status Analysis and Reform Prospect of Gas Pipeline Network in Shanxi Province

Abstract: With the increase of natural gas exploration and development in China, and the increasing material and environmental
protection needs of the people, the development of natural gas industry ushers in the stage of acceleration. According to the unified
requirements of China's oil and gas system reform, the mode of "integration" in the past will be changed to the mode of "separation
of transportation and sales", and the national unified and efficient natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline network will
be gradually established. In view of the acceleration of the national oil and gas system reform, some provinces have carried out the
provincial pipeline reform, and the gas pipeline reform in Shanxi Province is imminent. According to the "three-year action plan
of increasing coal-formed gas storage and production" put forward by Shanxi Province, this paper analyzed the current situation of
the pipe network in Shanxi Province, and put forward the conception and prospect for the next step of the pipe network reform.
