企业能源管理探讨

摘要： 能源管理对于降低企业生产成本非常重要，尤其是当能源成本占据生产成本30%，占据企业总成本4%的时
候。既然能源管理对于企业成本管理如此重要，理论上讲，应该得到足够的重视和关注，但一些能源管理工作的关键点，
例如企业高层支持、能源计量管理和能源信息化建设等被忽视了，导致能源管理工作低效率、低绩效，能源成本增加。
相反，如果企业高层重视这项工作，相关规定和政策得到贯彻执行，则企业能源管理绩效将得到快速提升。通过对能源
管理工作几个重点部分和典型问题的分析，让从事能源管理或类似工作的读者可以获取有用的信息，从而快速提升工作
绩效。

Discussion on Enterprise Energy Management

Abstract: Energy management is very important to reduce the production cost of enterprises, especially when the energy cost
accounts for 30% of the production cost and 4% of the total cost of the enterprise. Since energy management is so important for
enterprise cost management, it should be paid enough attention in theory. However, some key points of energy management, such
as high-level support of enterprises, energy measurement management and energy information construction, are ignored, which
leads to low efficiency and low performance of energy management, and the increase of energy cost. On the contrary, if the top
management of the enterprise attaches importance to this work and relevant regulations and policies are implemented, the performance
of enterprise energy management will be improved rapidly. Through the analysis of several key parts and typical problems
of energy management, it is convenient for readers engaged in energy management or similar work to obtain useful information, so
as to quickly improve work performance.
