陕西省“十四五”煤炭矿区开发潜力分析

摘要： 着眼于促进陕西省“十四五”煤炭工业高质量发展，通过对全省15 个大型煤炭矿区生产、建设、规划等情况
的统计分析，梳理出了发展基础，找到了发展方向，研究提出了生产开发布局和主要任务，即大力发展陕北基地，巩固
发展神东基地，有序发展黄陇基地，加快推动榆横、榆神、府谷、永陇等矿区规划的煤矿，特别是资源转化配套煤矿项
目的开发建设，推动矿区安全、高效、绿色、一体化发展。

Analysis on Development Potential of Coal Mining Areas in Shaanxi Province during the
"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"

Abstract: In order to promote the high-quality development of coal industry in Shaanxi Province during the "Fourteenth Five-
Year Plan", this paper analyzed the production, construction and planning of 15 large -scale coal mining areas in Shaanxi
Province, sorted out the development foundation, found the development direction, and put forward the production and development
layout and main tasks, that was to vigorously develop the Northern Shaanxi base, consolidate and develop Shendong base,
orderly develop Huanglong base, accelerate the development and construction of coal mines planned in Yuheng, Yushen, Fugu,
Yonglong mining areas, especially the development and construction of resource transformation supporting coal mine projects, and
promote the safe, efficient, green and integrated development of mining areas.
