矿井掘进工作面粉尘分布数值模拟

摘要: 利用CFD 软件和Fluent软件对斜沟矿掘进工作面的粉尘分布进行了数值模拟分析。模拟前期,掘进工作面粉
尘运动规律探寻应该采用单向耦合计算方法;因为巷道壁边界风流的转化,需将函数该处的值加到求解方程中,以保证
结果的准确性。模拟结果显示,相较于其他通风方式,可控循环通风可以有效地降低掘进工作面的粉尘浓度,起到改善
工作面作业环境及气候的作用。

Numerical Simulation of Dust Distribution in Mine Driving Face

Abstract: This paper used CFD software and Fluent software to simulate and analyze the dust distribution in the driving face of
Xiegou Coal Mine. In the early stage of simulation, the unidirectional coupling calculation method should be used to explore the
dust movement law of driving face; because of the transformation of air flow at the roadway wall boundary, the value of the
function should be added to the solution equation to ensure the accuracy of the results. The simulation results show that compared
with other ventilation methods, the controllable circulation ventilation can effectively reduce the dust concentration in the driving
face, and improve the working environment and climate of the working face.
