A核电机组SC结构与CV结构拼装场地规划分析

摘要: A核电机组钢板屏蔽墙结构(SC结构)和钢制安全壳结构(CV结构)采用模块化施工方法,在核岛就位前需
完成拼装。由于SC结构和CV结构模块分层分段较多,为最大化利用核电厂现场场地,同时不影响模块核岛就位,需合
理规划各层段拼装场地。根据SC结构和CV结构各层段拼装节点和核岛就位节点,对现场拼装场地进行规划布置,为其
他核电厂模块拼装场地规划提供了指导和参考。

Analysis of Assembly Site Planning for SC Structure and CV Structure of A Nuclear Power Unit

Abstract: Modular construction method is adopted for steel plate shield wall structure(SC structure) and steel containment structure(
CV structure) of A nuclear power unit. The assembly shall be completed before the nuclear island is in place. Because there are
many layers and sections in SC structure and CV structure module, in order to maximize the use of nuclear power plant site and
not affect the module nuclear island in place, it is necessary to reasonably plan the assembly site of each layer. According to the
assembly nodes of SC structure and CV structure and nuclear island in place node, the site assembly site was planned and
arranged, which provides guidance and reference for other nuclear power plant module assembly site planning.
