交通运输节能减排工作考核体系的构建分析

摘要： 随着城市建设的不断完善，交通运输行业的发展水平得到了明显的提升，而节能减排工作的开展是整个交通运
输行业发展当中的重点内容。现如今，为了能够加大各级交通运输部门对节能减排工作的开展力度，有效地落实相关的节
能减排措施，应该不断完善考核体系。主要分析了交通运输节能减排工作相关考核体系的构建，详细介绍了考核层次划分、
考核主体、考核对象以及考核指标体系构建等相关内容，希望能够为交通运输节能减排工作的考核起到一些参考作用。

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of urban construction, the development level of transportation industry has been
significantly improved, and the development of energy conservation and emission reduction is also the key content of the
development of the whole transportation industry. Now, in order to strengthen the energy conservation and emission reduction work
of transportation departments at all levels and effectively implement the relevant energy conservation and emission reduction
measures, the assessment system should be constantly improved. This paper mainly analyzed the construction of the assessment
system of energy conservation and emission reduction in transportation, and introduced the classification of assessment levels, the
assessment subject, the assessment object and the construction of the assessment index system, hoping to play some reference role
in the assessment of energy conservation and emission reduction in transportation.
